We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
We are committed to dispatching your order in 2 – 3 business days, with the subsequent delivery within 5 – 7 business days. Please note, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.
However, given the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, there might be some unavoidable delays. Rest assured, we are exercising every safety precaution with regard to the packaging and delivery of your order. We request you to bear with us.

For all international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the products ordered and will be charged to the customer.
The delivery period is highly dependant on the region and the shipping option that you are comfortable with. However, on average we expect the window to be up to 14 working days from the date of placing the order.

TRACKING PACKAGE
Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with details of the shipping agency. You can track your order status on the shipping agent’s website by entering your assigned order tracking number.

Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
You cannot change the shipping address for orders that are placed. We’d urge you to verify and confirm all details before completing an order.
No, you will need to place separate orders for each individual shipping addresses.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package for a maximum of three times, before they return it to us. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address – including the zip code and mobile number of the recipient, as this will help us fulfil our delivery commitment faster.
In case you have received a message of payment failure, you may try to place the order once again. However, if your amount has been debited, please do not retry – chances are that your order has already been received by us. Please wait to hear from us, before placing your order again.
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

• Cash on delivery – Our cash on delivery limit is Rs. 10,000
 Orders can be cancelled (in whole/partially)  before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 5 days (only for domestic orders). Please ensure that the product is unused and not damaged. Returns will be refunded towards the original method of payment post receipt of the product. You must notify us of the items you wish to return within 5 days of receiving delivery to be eligible for a refund (Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).
